Ruby w/ hint of amber edges. Mild black cherry, leather, black pepper aromas. Very smooth, med. bodied entry w/ flavors similar to aromas & developing more briary fruit & spice notes. Balanced acidity & tannins. Medium length finish. $10
Very enjoyable w/ baked dry rubbed pork ribs, baked butternut squash & salad.
