- winoweenie - 04-02-2006 Another newbie to me. Close to the 120 year old Grandpere vineyard. Brite medium ruby. High red fruits, white pepper, and vanilla. All come across on the palate with a dash of cinnamon. Solid entry, weighty center, and a nice 3&3/4ths lapper finish. Could use another 1-2 for tannin resolution. 88/87. 24 by the box. 14.5% alc. WW ( The grapes are grown by Tom Dillon and the wine is the product of Jeff Runquist. ) [This message has been edited by winoweenie (edited 04-02-2006).] - Kcwhippet - 04-02-2006 Might that actually be Tom Dillian, ww? - winoweenie - 04-03-2006 You betcha' red-rider. Anuffer tipin error of omission by the lil' fat-fingers.
