My chicken florentine recipe calls for 1 1/2 c. dry white wine. I was thinking of using a Pinot Grigio. What do y'all think?

I won't pretend to be a wine expert (because I'm not even a wine novice) but I made Chicken Florentine once and used Pinot Gregio. It was delicious!

I think you can use whatever dry white you like. If you like Pinot Grigio use it, it would also be good with Chardonnay, if you like that. The wine imparts its flavor to the dish, so whatever dry white wine you like will work.

BTW, I'm not a chef. I just experiment at home a lot!

Cizano Blanco.
