Here's one that's a little more complex: grilled chicken seasoned with lime, cumin and chipotle; roasted onions, corn, red and green peppers; served with whole grain and seseme pilaf.
Any suggestions?

A well chilled dry spanish rose...of course I say that goes with anything when our weather is over 100 degrees.

I'm gonna agree with the chilled rose...cuz of the temp too. Or what about like a chilled Italian Ribolla?
