With roast duck ....
Awesome wine. Bright intense red wine with sweet restrained nose of creme de cassis. On the palate, sweet attack of boysenberry, blackberry liqueur; great mouthfeel and structure with a long crushed berry finish. Reminds me a lot of the 1994 Peter Michael Les Pavots. High A- and well recommended.
