- dozer - 03-28-2010 What do people think would go along with a typically cheesey spinach artichoke dip? - hotwine - 03-29-2010 I'd favor a Chablis/unoaked Chardonnay but have a Sauvignon Blanc and Albarino on standby. Can see the cheese and artichokes stepping on the wine and fouling the best of intentions.
