Well, the cats have been playing in the gooseberry bush again. A distinctly Marlborough savvie, not as pungent as some of the '04's I've tried recently. Really nice mouthfeel though, nicely balanced acidity and plenty of tropic fruit flavours. Their '03 was spectacular, this one is a decent followup from a difficult year.
Just the thing to chill out with after a busy-as-buggery day at work.

Somewhat. I'm getting a nice lime-y aftertaste, too.

Okay, I WAS getting a nice lime-y aftertatse. [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img] I'd chalk that one up in the "very drinkable" collumn.
