WOW! What a gorgeous bottle of juice! Haven't had an Aussie Shiraz to compare with this bottle since my last encounter with the 92 Grange.Gorgeous deep ruby. Perfume lights up the whole area in less than 5 minutes. Huge entry that is almost surreal. Hershey chocolate, cardamun, spices, leather, some hint of berries and loads of fruit wash across your tongue. Loads of ancillary flavors that hit like a Ninja and leave before you can identify them. Finalizes by an honest-to-goodness incredible 5-lapper finish. I loved their Meritage but this makes it look like a 5-litre boxed wine. WW

Sorry. 39 and quantity unknown. I also screwed-up on the vintage. It was a 1998. The same family has owned this Barossa Valley land for 150+ years. They named their wine St Jakobi for the Lutheran Church that sits adjacent to their property. WW
