For a dinner, there will be baked scrod and roast turkey. Our wine choices are Chardonnay or White Zinfandel, or both. Recommendations?

Welcome to the board. Tough choices. Before you resort to tea, try to get the selection changed. Then you might consider a chardonnay that is un-oaked if you really want chard. Better yet a dry riesling such as Bonny Doon would be nice with the fish as would a sauvignon blanc. Pinot noir is good with turkey. If you can't get the choices broadened, take Bucko's advice.
