Thot I'd posted on this sucker'afore but couldn't pull it up over the past year. Medium clear ruby. Reluctant nose. Menthol, earthy, cherry nose and taste comes thru after 45 min. This still needs another 3-6 to shed some impressive tannins. Solid 4-lapper finish. Lovely with turkey and sausage sloppy joes. 88/89./ 23 by the box. 13.5% alc. WW

Revisited this sucker last nite and it has come along swimmingly. Tannins softening, nice spicy, fruity aromatics. Earthy notes blend with a blast of black cherries and plums. Still another 2-4 before it really becomes civil but has improved to a solid 90.WW

Opened another with lunch today. Nose is showing lovely black plummy fruits and are wrapped around some brite cherry notes, spicy peppery aaccents that are framed around a solid core of soft tannins. This hummer just keeps improving every time. Kick it up another pernt to a solid 91. WW
