Nice light citrus note--more grapefruit and gooseberry than lemon--nicely balanced and refreshing. Matched well with a wonderful lunch pasta dish (broad salmon-colored pasta with crabmeat, mushrooms, chopped crisp bacon and dill cream sauce (chicken and clam broth used in the sauce). I loved the combination of textures and ingredients.

And, believe it or not, the 03 pales in comparison to the 02.
