Today, while shopping for the ingreadents for IK's Super Bowl Maetballs, I noticed that Harris Teeter had the EZ-peal shrimp on sale for $4.99/lb. I bought a couple pounds for supper tonight.

The Spy Valley was great with the shrimp. I liked it as good if not better than the Kim Crawford SB. I had bought this a while back on the recomendation from the wine purchaser for the local World Market. I think I paid about $11 or $12. The bottle is interesting, it gives the harvest date (3/28 - 4/16/2003) and wine making process for this wine.

Interesting tand, the Spy Valley poeople just made a presentation to me and I like their wines, especially the S Blanc, but also the Pinot Noir which is, unfortunately priced wrong.

Yeah foodie, I looked up the importer on the web-site from the back of the bottle. www.broadbent-wines.com

They list a Chard. on sale: $14.00 Now $9.80.

And the PN they have at $21.99.

But they don't show the SB.
