I really like the noble rot or Botrytis (Botrytis cinerea) wines myself. It's a fungus that infects the grapes and concentrates the flavours naturally.

have just recently tasted the noble one from debertoli, in australia botrytis affected semillon . delicious, with mounds of fruit apricots, mangos. price in canada around $30.00. a cadillac of dessert wines, at Lada prices
