Had this with a Beef/Turkey Pannini and fell in love(heat) with this pretty bottle. Clear ruby with lovely aromatics. Plums, red fruits, La Brea, and wet stones hit the tongue. Solid core shielded by silky dense tannins. A keeper. Just put a 6-pack away. 91/92. 46 by the box. WW

WW, Have you tried Sassicaia? Of the two (not sure of vintage but definitely young) I preferred the Sassicaia, perhaps because it was less tannic.

Both Need TIME WOW and lots of it, but will reward the patient. WW
