I would welcome anyone's opinion of the following white Italian wine I blindly purchased for $34.99 locally here in Sacramento at a Beverages and More:
1992 ALBANA di ROMAGANA
SCACCO MATTO
PASSITO

The wine comes from a region of northern Italy near the east coast between Bologna and San Marino.

The predominate grapes grown in that region are the indigenous Albana and then the Sangiovese and Trebbiano.

The albana is used to produce a white wine that is usually dry with soft peachy perfumes.

However, the Scaccomatto is a sweet version of Albana di Romagna.
