Drew, You asked me what I need to know. I need to know things like where the area of wine making is in CA and what types of grapes used and how the wine is actually made etc pretty much everything for a term paperof 600-900 words. Thanks. Toni

Innkeeper gave you a good website for research. A couple of books on California wines are "California Wine" by James Laub (Wine Spectator Press) and "Blood and Wine" by Ellen Hawkes (Simon & Schuster). Those two total over 1,000 pages. If you simply type California wines into Google, you'll probably be led to 'way more than enough for your paper.
