Had a small barbeque at my house adn in a rush, threw this into the freezer....and forgot about it.
It was actually kinda neat. The wine had frozen entirely so I left it to melt and served it when it was still slightly crystalized. So you had a crisp and cruchy sparkler that was off dry and nicely balanced. [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img] Not sure if that is quite on the same level as a frozen Yquem....

Last of this box used up on the weekend with a friend that dropped by. Really clean and crisp and friendy for all wine people or not.
