Wow,,...for a $60 wine to show up the Gaja.. well not quite but gave it a good run.

Double decanted, color is very barolo, that is to say tranparent, graceful, wonderful fresh berries, oak, coco, brooding, On palate, this wine hits hard from the beginning, fruity, vanilla, coco, high acidity, berries, some hints of herbs, smooth, balanced and definitely tannic and will need some years before approachable, but very tasty now.
