Just picked this up last week and I'm enjoying reading it. Wish it had included Loring Wine Company and more about Torii Mor than one sentence about who used to be winemaker there. It does include Saintsbury, Etude, Siduri, Sanford, Archery Summit, Merry Edwards, David Bruce, Patricia Green, Lane Tanner, Hartford, Hanzell, Hamacher, Ponzi, Acacia, etc. Talks about the history of Pinot Noir in North America, and for the producers covered has something on grape sources, winemaking technique, nature of the wines, availability and tasting notes. Does not give numerical ratings. It includes brief mention of British Columbia and Great Lakes area and has notes on Dr. Konstantin Frank winery. For the serious Pinot Noir aficionado.

Thanks for the review. Anne ordered it for me from Amazon (along with a wonderful CD by Madeleine Peyroux, which I've already heard and highly recommend if you like jazz), but the shipment has not arrived as of yet.
