Heavy metal, and not the head-banging variety. It's overfished, of course, so are almost all varieties of tasty ocean fish these days, it's a hungry planet. Scoff if you must, but fish farming has a lot to be said for it. I like farm-raised salmon, trout and catfish a lot better than deciding what wine goes with krill du jour or soylent green. |
