2005 Harlow Ridge, Coastal Vines, Lodi, Pinot Noir ($8.99 NH Liq Store). Alcohol level: 12.5%. This is the brand that Bronco came up with as a result of the "Napa" court decision. They are supposed to be making these wines from their "coastal" holdings. Why then the "Lodi" appellation you may ask? Regardless of where the grapes come from, this is a very nice under $10 Pinot.

It has a scarlet red color, gives you red and black cherries on the nose and upfront. Suprisingly complex in the middle with hints of cedar and smoke (could it be oak?). The finish is pleasant.

Matched it with Beef Kielbasa charcoal grilled with apple chips, baked potato, and some very nice local Italian green beans we pressure cooked. Excellent supper!

Second half tonight with sauteed chicken thighs. Very nice.
