In Portland tonight and went to the city Grill for dinner. Nice place 30 floors above Portland. Had a bottle of this with dinner.

Dinner was great, good conversation, etc, and I got a serving of this as others drained this bottle. My recollections are that it was a pretty wine, soft bright fruit, strawberries, with some nice toasted oak but not overdone, developed some nicely floral notes and a nice acidity which was perfect for the food. More simple and very approachable.
