Anderson Valley.

Decanted 15 minutes before 1st pour. Medium red in color, with a very fragrant nose of cherry. Aromatics filled the room. Wine is very soft, with a supple and almost creamy mouthfeel with sweet cherry the dominant flavor. Finish picks up a distinct spicy clove note. Not a complicated wine, it could be called a cherry delivery system, and in that it succeeds. Fun to drink, and on an only partially related note, 14.4% alc. Paid about $26 locally. FWIW, Tanzer gave it an 88.
