Clear, cloudy, black magenta. Nose of dried leaves, cola, tea, black fruit and some strawberry. Very soft Pinot with like flavors of mature plum and very ripe strawberry with tea and cola nuances. Medium finish, nice wine but nothing special for $14. 13.5% Alc/vol. Paired well with grilled salmon, twice backed taters and balsamic vinegar/olive oil coated broccoli and sugar snap peas with crumbled Stilton.
