Willamette Valley, Oregon.

Color appeared quite extracted, with ruby edging purple hues. Good nose of black cherry and some coffee notes. Large and somewhat prickly in the mouth, with nice cherry fruit lined by still noticable tannins. Should have waited another couple of years. Not a bad bottle of juice, but completely overshadowed by the bottle from Mure that I post on today. $30 locally. Alc. 13.5% FWIW, WS 92; to '07.
