Dollar Bills Only is the value line of PN from Willamette standout Patricia Green. We bought this on our summer '05 trip to Oregon. Dark garnet in color with purple flashes. Nose of black cherry, red plums, and pine needles. Red fruit flavors are delivered with some prickly spiciness, some lingering tannins, and just a touch of heat (which is common for many '03s from Willamette), even though it weighs in 13.9% alc. Not a "wow" wine like many from Patricia Green's regular lineup, particularly her single vineyard efforts, but it offered good value at $16.
