- TheEngineer - 11-27-2007 I had opened this for Thanksgiving dinner and we had finished most of the bottle....then I forgot about it for what....4 days now? The wine has lightened up a bit and it's richness has given way to a dense but more balanced wine. Stoney minerality showing through a bit but losing none of that acidity and cedar as well. I'm impressed for a $24 basic Bourgogne, perhaps a bit mor character than then slightly pricier $31 Meo Camuzet bourgogne. - wondersofwine - 11-27-2007 You've hit on two producers I like--Chevillon and Meo-Camuzet. (I can't afford many wines from either but do have a Chevillon Nuits-St-Georges--premier cru perhaps?-- already in my collection awaiting the right time to open it.)
