Went back to Bouchee as my family was celebrating what remains of my 20-tens....before it becomes 20-twenties.

Nice dinner again, killer escargots, great pork rillettes and I had a reasonably healthy Chicken hushwee. Dessert was a smorgusboard of stuff. Nicely done.

Wine that my SO shared with me was a bottle of this nicely priced '05 Burgundy. Very tight, ripe, with cherries, sour cherries, spicy oak, and a bit of tannins jsut at the back. Decent simple food wine but needed some air to bring out any sort of density to the wines.
