hmmmm.. time for a treat. I've not have many '03 burgs but this one sure fits the vintage. Very deep and dark, very ripe. Nose was like other Roumiers except very hidden behind the ripeness, but with air, it came out. Very dense for the producer, powerful, not the same elegant wine but still a nice wine with a solidity that is generally not found in this bottle. Seems to have evolved more than the '02's no not sure if this will keep for long term drinking but looks to have stuffing for it if it does last the decade or so. Lovely wine.
