This is ALWAYS one ofthe 5-7 automatic buys on my PN list. This dependable producer shows deep ruby and a load of red fruits (straw, rasp, and cherries) plus exotic spices, smoke, and a touch of earth. The best Emily's since the killer 99 and 97. Around 3000 cases produced so the diligent searcher should be able to find some. 92/89 42 by the box.14.3% alc. WW

Notice taken. Thank you, good sir. I shall put my local guy on the search.

I've heard recommendations for this one before as a big Pinot Noir comparable perhaps to those from Siduri.

Had another last nite and it just keeps-on keepin'on. Nose is expanding but not enough yet to change the scoring. WW

This suckers' just about home. Nose has expanded, the aromas defined and the lush mouthfeel hasn't an iota of tannins. Solid effort that defines RRV Pinot. Should hold for at least another 2-4. No change in scoring. WW

Had this with some dry rubbed chicken breast for lunch today. Still movin upwards and onwards. A mouthfilling treat that is just about there. Killer juice. No Change in scoring. WW

Put the last of these suckers out of its' misery yesterday and it was all of the above plus some. Don't think it could improve another iota. Will start of the 02s in the near future. WW

Hmmm,
Another P.N. producer to consider adding to my mail order list (as if I'm not already spending enough cash on Pinot Noir wines.) Grabbed two bottles of a lovely Domaine Serene Yamhill Cuvee @$36 per bottle two nights ago. More about that dinner later.
