($19.99) dark ruby colored mouthful of pinot noir. deep, dark earthy cherries (nose and taste), along with a persistent finish, despite a healthy bit of dusty tannins. this wine intrigues me, and seems to be very well balanced at present. am guessing (and hoping) the fruit might get a little more complex with time, rather than simply fading. i plan on picking up a few more bottles and laying them down with a 2004-2005 timer on the first. (just found out RP gave this a 92)

PC does seem to age well from my experiences with the wine. The 94s are just now coming around.......
