Haven't seen anyone comment about this wine yet. I hesitate giving detailed TNs because to be honest, when it comes to red wines they all seem to taste somewhat similar. It's tougher for me to detect the subtleties because I cannot afford to drink wine too often. I have noticed with this one, though, that it is easier and more enjoyable to drink by itself than any other red I have ever tried. The 1999, on the other hand, I didn't enjoy at all. Poured half of it out.
Anyone else try the 2000? They're widely available for $6-7.

I've seen it at the grocery store but haven't tried it. Sorry.

In her "Wine Buying Guide for Everyone", Andrea Immer rates several "supermarket" wines including a few by Talus. She does not rate the Talus Pinot.
