First up of the Bordeauxs was the Pichon- Baron 1990

Wow...my back tingled when I opened this bottle. The 90 was complex, ripe and very dense and concentrated. Super dense nose, and taste of deep and dark fruits, black cherries, spicy. Very dense and concentrated on the palate. Lush black fruits, spices and a bit of herbs (almost bell pepper but not in a bad way). Very complex but also very oppulent in its sweet density. Finish was VERY long. $149 per bottle.

Was the start of a string of excellent botllings for the P-Baron. You must be buying in restaurants as I show my futures on this bottle was 26 bucks. WW
