Received a bottle of Saint-Emilin Gran Cru 1988 as a gift. Wanted more information about it before we drink it. It is from Chateau Beard La Chapelle. Any info. would be great.

Funny you should ask. We had a recent experiance with a similar St Emillion from the same vintage. Scroll down this thread to "Held Too Long." Ours was barely OK. Therefore recommend to consume yours at the soonest.
