I have a bottle of LeGirondin Bordeaux White Wine that I acquired some years ago. Most of the writing on it is in French. It says Product of France and is bottled in Montreal, Quebec. I can not find a date anywhere on the bottle or label, however there is a number on the label. I do not think this is a date. The number is +091728. Can you give me any information about this bottle of wine? When was it made? How long will it be good if it still is good? The value of it? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with the product you describe, but your description makes it sound like something not worth thinking about, especially if it was produced in France and then bottled in Quebec.

If you got it a long time ago, it likely isn't in such good shape.

Hi Golfnutnc, and welcome to the wine board. Unfortunately, there is a good chance that Foodie is correct. The fact that there is no date on the bottle indicates it is non-vintage. Most non-vintage whites are made to be consumed within two years of release. All I can say, is pull the cork and try it. Hopefully, it might still be drinkable.
