- Duane Meissner - 12-04-2003 Saw this character in a bargain bin at the local H-E-B. My curiosity got the best of me. What kind of meal should I serve this with? If someone could also list some general characteristics of the varietal, that'd be great (there's no description on the bottle). Thanks, DM - Innkeeper - 12-04-2003 Jancis Robinson gives the descriptors fat and soft. Like many Southern French grapes, it is used mostly in blends. I would drink it with something like pasta in clam sauce. |
