Saw this character in a bargain bin at the local H-E-B. My curiosity got the best of me. What kind of meal should I serve this with? If someone could also list some general characteristics of the varietal, that'd be great (there's no description on the bottle).

Thanks,
DM

Jancis Robinson gives the descriptors fat and soft. Like many Southern French grapes, it is used mostly in blends. I would drink it with something like pasta in clam sauce.
