i.e., dressed in stainless steel not oak
Had this at Bonterra Restaurant in Charlotte Saturday evening with the starter portion of fried lobster tail (with wildflower honey and soy reduction and sour mustard aioli--major yums!)
$7.00 a glass at upscale restaurant (in a converted church)
Very clear in the glass; straw color. The wine helps to cut the mustard in the lobster tail aioli sauce. Light bodied, versatile with food, slight suggestion of apple skin.

That is good one, but have only seen it once or twice in these parts.

I was also impress with the last vintage I tried. Will have to give the 04 a go.
