2000 Cervolo, St Andrews, Unwooded Chardonny, South Australia ($7.99 Southern Hemisphere Wines). Fantastic summer quaffer. Loads of apple and melon aromas on the nose. Translates to upfront fruit. Lovely mouthfeel and Ozzy complexity across the palate and a beautiful and memorable finish. Another great buy.

Love this glut. If you are not on their's (www.southernwines.com) or Roberto's alert list you are missing not just something but alot. Got more from both of them yesterday, and immediately reacted. May have to invite some of you over to drink all these bargains up.

Popped another of these tonight with our haddock in cream sauce. It held it's own smartly, thank you. This is another example of a dry wine that doesn't taste that way. Super abundant dose of the afore mentioned fruits in the nose and mouth, leaving you with a big smile.
