Looking for a dry white wine for cooking some shrimp in a green sauce.

Any suggestions? Al help is appreciated.

Lots of choices available. The obvious choice is Chardonnay, but pick one that's unoaked otherwise the dish can taste like hardwood flooring. Other good wines for that would be Pinot Blanc, Gruner Veltliner or a U.S. Sauvignon Blanc. You could even use Chinese rice wine, or, depending on what's in the sauce, dry vermouth.
