Hard keeping the lil' hot mitts of this delicious juice. Deep ruby, no browning. Great nose of dark plums, cedar, red and black cherries, cardamon, white pepper, and cassis. All hit the palate with energy. Solid center, and a killer 4&1/2 lapper finish. Still some round tannins that need resolving but will reward patience. A really super example of the great grapes coming off Howell Mtn. A worthy challenger to Randy Dunns' version. 91/89.42 by the box
