- dozer - 05-10-2009 what would pair well to start with your basic ceasar? - Innkeeper - 05-11-2009 A South African Sauvignon Blanc. - andrawes76 - 05-14-2009 Mulderbosch Sauvignon Blanc 07 or whatever is current vintage. Another good option is the Kim Crawfod Sauvignon Blanc. - donnaclif - 06-01-2009 My vote goes to Bourgogne-Chardonnay 'Chateau de Chaintré' 2004 because it goes perfectly well with Caesar, this wine had pear and apple fruit flavors, with little bit of spicy oak, making it a perfect recipe. I have found this huge online wine database http://www.vivino.com/france/ where you can find all the premier wines which go perfectly well with various foods. Always raises my hackles when someone on their 1st day on the board starts reccommending another site. Call me suspicious. WW |
