Deep ruby, almost purple, with ruby rim. Nose heavy on black fruits and spices with a hint of cocoa. Solid entry, weighty center, and a 4 lapper finish. 100% cab and harder than their Lateral. Solid tannic core that bodes for a long, long lifespan for this sucker. Solid drink. 91/91 35. 14.1% alc. WW

Their 87 was a dandy as well.

Liked the 87 so much we ended up with three cases. All gone now, of course.

I bought two cases myself, sadly all gone as well.

What I want to know is when WW got the wine for $35? It was $45 for the 1987.
