- winoweenie - 02-14-2003 Decided to go for one of these suckers after my post yesserday. For any of you lucky 'nuff to have this bottle in your cellar.....IT BE READY. ( Will easily hold for another 5-7 ) This is a quintessential Rutherford cab. Dark ruby, lovely nose of cocao, red fruits, cassis, and a hint of the everpresent Rutherford Dust. A wine that exceeds expectations by a mile. Probably the longest finish I've ever had on a Ruther-bottling. Now faced with more " buyers remorse ". This dude comes in at a hefty 90/96 P/Q. Was (sobbing) 12 + by the box. WW - wondersofwine - 02-14-2003 $12! A steal! |
