100% Cabernet. This Alex Valley cab shows its' heritage. Deep ruby, with black fruits, (cherry and berry,)pencil shavings, bakers cocoa, and some sweet earthiness. All come thru on the palate. Elegant, well defined wine that still needs another 2-4. Will develop into a fine wine. Had this with company yesterday so the score won't post as we wux sociallixing. WW

Found this for lunch yesterday and it is starting to sing. Nose has high floral notes puncutuated by black and red fruits. Solid entry, mid-weight center and a 3&3/4 lapper finish this still has some tannins that need resolving. Definately a bottle to be enjoyed over the next 4-10. Elegant with strength of place make this a great value. 89/90 27 by the box. 13.8% alc. WW

Well the ugly has hit Swansville. Had one for lunch today and the bugger turned 180* for the better. Lovely supple mouthfeel, solid center and a 4+ lapper finish. A solid citizen. Outstanding stuff. WW
