Here are a couple that I am particularly impressed with:

2000 Marquis-Phillips from Australia. Rich ripe fruit. Juicy.

Vega Sindoa from Spain. 60/40 Cab/Tempranillo. Well balanced with good structure. Super buy!

The R H Phillips Dunnigan Hills at less than $8.00 a bottle (case discount) is not bad CS at all. Posted something about it somewhere else, also.

My best valued everyday drinkin' cab at the present time is the 1997 Villa Mt. Eden Coastal, and I'm pickin it up for under $9 a bottle.
