Ok, I want you to know that I read every one of the 113 posts containing the word chicken to see if I could come up with right type of wine to serve with this dish. It's on the sweet side, although the mustard gives it a tang. It also contains basil and a bit of garlic. It seems to me that the sweet chicken dishes written about had sweet wine like Riesling paired with them. What do you think?

I agree. A Riesling Spatlese or an off dry American should work.
