I have received a bottle of a William Hill 1980 Napa Valley-Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon. I would like opinions as to value and whether this is one to save or drink now. Thanks much. Merry Christmas!

The bottle was just "average" on release. I suspect that it is a dead soldier at this point.

Hi Pamela Rose and welcome to the board. Unfortunately, Bucko's rite on this guess. (he loves the 50/50 chance questions). 'Twere a bad vintage and even the top guns of the vintage are gone. WW
