Found this stranger whilst rummaging around today. Have no recollection of its' purchase or whether it was a gift. Nice medium ruby with slight bricking. Pretty perfumed nose, Floral, red fruits, and lite cassis. Nice entry, medium center and a solid 3&1/2 lapper finish. Not a hint of tannins. Cant get any better. 89/90. 19 13.5% alc. WW

Found 4 more of these hummers and opened one for lunch. Not much to add to the above. A nice effort that has aged nicely. No change in scoring. WW

They do a pretty admirable job of maintaining high quality for the price, particularly given how large they are.

You'll find few places on earth more beautiful than their spread around Paterson off Hwy 14. The last time we were out to see Kathy, we drove back to Portland on that side of the river and passed it. Wow. Just a gorgeous area.
