A pre-Xmas meeting of the BAWDIES at the club ended up with only 5 of the 8 members attending and I truly feel for the 3 absentees. We decided to start with the youngest so we opened the Magnum that Chuck Wagner blessed me with and was this sucker a revelation! Made in a new style for the SS Chuck said they have decided to cut the barrel time in half and this gives a new look and feel but it looses nothing of its' concentration. The best 2-year-old bottle of juice enny of we preverts have had the pleezure of. We then went to the old dogs. Hard to pick a favorite between the 2 so Here's my take... The Whitehall had slighly more depth but the Oakville nose of the Paradigm was killer! Great friends, great weather, great wines...WW (I know I mis-spelled)
