Hi

I am a minor therefore I can't buy alcoholic wine, but I have heard that if you drink red wine, it could be good for your heart. I'm wondering if this applies to non-alcoholic wines also?

yes, this would apply. One of the most comprehensive studies was about five years ago, and they also had a control group that was given plain old grape juice and saw similar effects. So, if your only motivation is the health factors, then you can save a couple of bucks by drinking grape juice instead of NA wine. That being said, they are actually starting to produce some decent NA wines if you want to dabble until your 21st.
